Our summer camp program will continue as usual this summer despite the Angel Fire on 9/15/07. The camp experience will be pretty much the same for both old and new campers. There will be new facilities and new adventures to experience in the forests and meadows of the camp. COUNSELOR TRAINING JUNE 22-JULY 1
Minimum age 16. Cost: $200

An intensive 10-day session for persons interested in becoming counselors at Camp Stevens. Participants will learn about group development, human relations skills, parenting and program skills in an engaging, hand-on learning environment. Bus transportation is not available. Applicants must be 16 and have completed the 10th grade.

YOUNG ADVENTURE July 6-12
Ages 8-12 Cost: $440

This 7-day session is designed for younger campers. Whether it is their first time at Camp or the fourth time, the camp staff will help campers discover many of the possible adventures that Camp Stevens has to offer.

ALL AGES ADVENTURE July 13-18
ALL AGES ADVENTURE July 27-August 2
ALL AGES ADVENTURE August 10-16
Ages 9-16 Cost: $440

These 7-day sessions offers both younger and older campers an incredible opportunity for adventure at Camp. Campers of similar ages are divided into Adventure Groups and each group’s program is individually designed to provide the most fun and rewarding experience.

ALL AGES ADVENTURE July 21-26 (Begins on Monday!)
Ages 9-16 Cost: $370

This 6--day sessions is the same as the above adventure session but one day shorter.

PEACE CAMP July 21-26 (Begins Monday)
All youth entering 7th, 8th and 9th grades Cost: $370

Peace Camp is sponsored by the Bishop's Commission on Peace and Justice in the Episcopal Diocese of Los Angeles. In the context of a safe and caring Christian Community, participants will learn about and respond to Jesus' call to us to be peacemakers. Expect to be challenged physically, mentally, and spiritually as participants explore the causes of injustice in our world and practice the path of creative nonviolence. INTERNATIONAL ODYSSEY August 3-9
Ages 11-16 Cost: $440

This 7-day journey of discovery offers older campers even more opportunities for adventure! Possibilities include the challenge course, hikes to Volcan Mountain, extended overnights and a variety of art projects and other creative activities. This session includes campers from Rikkyo School in Japan.

CHOIR CAMP August 10-16
Ages 8-16 Cost: $440

In addition to the regular camp experience, Adventure Groups will discover the joy and teamwork of singing together as a choir. No previous choral experience necessary. This session concludes with a Festival Eucharist and a buffet lunch for campers and their parents. Bus transportation is available TO CAMP ONLY at $20.00/person.
