Retreat Center Manager
(Full Time, Minimum commitment 2 years)
The Retreat Center Manager fills a unique role on the Camp Stevens staff, serving as the bridge between people’s initial contact with the organization and their experiences on-site. Responsibilities include managing tours, bookings, and billing of retreat groups, serving as a host while guests are on-site, and training other staff in the art of hospitality and hosting. The Retreat Center Manager also supports program and event registration, keeping the entire Camp Stevens calendar updated and accurate. This role is best served by somebody who enjoys serving and connecting directly with guests as much as they love managing data and projects and can shift fluidly between those two modes.
