Kitchen Assistant
Full Time, Mid-August Start Date
Hourly Pay: $17.74/hr before food and housing deduction ($12.50/hr after), overtime rates based on rate before food and housing deduction.
The Kitchen Assistant supports all aspects of kitchen operation by preparing meals according to the menu and the food service guidelines. This position requires independent and team-oriented work, reporting directly to the Kitchen Manager or Hospitality Director.

Program and Hospitality Generalists – 4 positions available
Full Time, Seasonal August 13, 2025 – June 7, 2026
Hourly Pay: $16.50/hr before food and housing deduction ($11.26/hr after), overtime rates based on rate before food and housing deduction
Program and Hospitality Generalists live and work in community with the goal of contributing to our mission while learning and growing. This position does a little bit of everything including teaching/leading outdoor education programs, ropes course, team building, archery, and other activities, hosting family groups and retreats, and general tasks such as cleaning, foodservice, gardening, light maintenance, and land management. This is a great position for someone looking to develop a career in camping because there are opportunities to learn all parts of a camp and conference center, and plenty of room for leadership and creativity.
