Sequoia Family Camp –
July 30 – August 5, 2017 CANCELLED for 2017
Sequoia Family Camp is a way for the whole family – from babies to grandparents – to go on an affordable summer vacation in a breathtaking setting. Join us as we explore, swim, sing and have fun in the Sequoia National Forest. Using the resident facilities at Camp San Joaquin (between Kings Canyon and Sequoia National Parks, at an elevation of 7,100 feet), the area offers unlimited opportunities for exploration and discovery. Each day, choose to join in a variety of planned events, help in planning or initiating activities, or explore and play on your own. Then come “home” to the warm community atmosphere at camp for relaxation, sharing and fellowship. At Camp San Joaquin, families are housed in tent cabins, which sleep up to 7 persons each, or in dorms sleeping 7-10 persons each. Families will be always housed together; families of 4 or fewer persons may need to share a cabin or dorm. Read a poem camper Lilly wrote about her experience in 2016 here!
